Ingredients

  • Crazy Fresh Pineapple Chunks

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 box yellow cake mix

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325º.
  • In a small sauce pan, melt butter and sugar to make caramel.
  • Make cake mix according to package, adding the cinnamon here.
  • Grease a muffin tin, then layer the pineapple, caramel and fill 3/4 with cake batter.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes.
